Are your courses for hospitality professionals ONLY?

No! I have extensive experience in customer service in addition to travel and hospitality.  I'm equipped to work with BPO's, customer service representatives, and retail (online or brick-and-mortar) companies. Or maybe you just want a course to brush up on general business English communication.
